Under sunny skies and with perfect weather, the best amateur road racers from around the nation gathered at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, for the AMA Sports Road Race Grand Championships September 19-21. Race fans got a special treat as Gavin Trippe showcased his 450cc super singles machine at the AMA Sports Road Race Grand Championships with Tyler Odom at the controls. The machine is a new road racer built using a 450cc motocross machine as the base.
